In the Peninsular campaign as Spain you have two small armies with guerilla units close to the Pyrenees. I was wondering how you have used it. I have mostly been trying to lure small enemy armies in to ambushes by using a unit as bait. It is not easy since they don't always fall for it and the guerilla armies are so small. However, it seems like the French are sending larger armies to the northern part of Spain because of the guerilla armies.
Right now I am focusing on taking the provinces in north-western Spain, since the French have few soldiers there. After I taken one I go for the next. This mean that they will probably be retaken, but it will give me tax money and denying it from France for a while. In addition there will be 'resistance to foreign occupation' so they might revolt
